Cathy Brady

Cathy Brady has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Cathy most recently worked as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Lighthouse Autism Center. Prior to that, they held various roles at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, including Director of Total Rewards and Director of Benefits, Employee Health and Wellness. Cathy also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Children's Home + Aid and the Director of Payroll and Benefits. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at APAC Partners, LLC, HR Director (contract position) at K-12 Teachers Alliance, and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at the American Hospital Association. Cathy began their career as a Compensation Manager at Equity Residential and as an HR Manager - Compensation at the Art Institute of Chicago.

Cathy Brady completed their College Prep at St. Ignatius College Prep from 1987 to 1991, receiving an Honors Diploma. Cathy then pursued their undergraduate studies at Miami University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior.
