Reut Goldschmidt (Peer)

Reut Goldschmidt (Peer) has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Reut'smost recent position was as an HR Director, overseeing HR activities in the Product department and the Design guild at Lightricks. In this role, they provided coaching and HR partnership to managers, led HR initiatives to support employee growth and engagement, and translated business priorities into HR strategies.

Before joining Lightricks, Reut worked at Digital Clues as an HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2021, and at MOVEZ AI as an HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2021. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the same university, which was completed from 2011 to 2013.
