Jean-Philippe Baudrey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jean-Philippe currently holds the position of Head of Business Development at Lightsource bp since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at OW Ocean Winds as the Associate Director of Origination and Business Development at OW Korea, and later as the Head of Development and Origination of OW Korea Co. Ltd. Jean-Philippe also served as the Development Director of Korea Floating Wind Power Co Ltd. at Korea Floating Wind.

In 2018, Baudrey worked as a Business Development Representative for Korea at EDP Renewables. Jean-Philippe also held the role of Director of Business Development and Technology Advocate Startups at Cube Intelligence, where they focused on decentralized mobility platforms and smart city ecosystems.

Earlier in their career, Baudrey worked as a Business Development & Strategic Partnership Manager at Kolon Group of Companies and as a Government Affairs and Public Relation External Adviser to the CEO at Acciona Energia Korea Inc. Jean-Philippe was also a Partner at CB Williams Energy Group.

Before transitioning to the energy industry, Baudrey held the role of Environment & Energy Committee Director at EUCCK, a member of EBO Worldwide Network. Jean-Philippe was responsible for managing the Energy Regulatory committee, aligning local and international standardization, and providing support for the EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Baudrey's early experience includes working as a Safety Officer at Musée du Louvre.

Jean-Philippe Baudrey began their education by receiving a Brevet des Collegues from College Saint-Charles in Athis Mons in 1996. Jean-Philippe then pursued their high school education at Lycee Jeanne D'Arc, Etampes, where they obtained a Highschool Diploma/Baccalaureat in 2000, with a focus on Bac Litteraire mention Langues Etrangeres.

In 2002, Jean-Philippe enrolled at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree between 2002 and 2007. Their studies at Inalco were focused on two areas: Korean Studies and FLE (Francais Langues Etrangeres).

To further their education in international studies, Jean-Philippe participated in an exchange student program at Chung-Ang University from 2005 to 2006. During this time, they gained valuable insights and experiences in the field of International Studies.

In 2007, Jean-Philippe attended IRIS SUP' and completed the IR 1 Grade 1 International Relations program in 2008. Their field of study during this time was Geopolitics, specifically Energy and Resources Security.
