Russel de la Cruz has extensive experience in technology operations. Russel started their career in 2000 as a Systems Operator at E*TRADE Professional, where they worked until 2006. Russel then joined Lightspeed Financial, Inc. as the Manager of Technology Operations in 2006, and they have been with the company since. In 2018, Russel joined Sterling Trading Tech as the Vice President of Technology Operations, where they are currently employed.
