Ricky Tran

Ricky Tran has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ricky started their career in 2006 at Rogers Communications, where they worked as a Customer Service Consultant, Retention Specialist, Operation Synergy, and Mentor until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Ricky worked as a Lead Retention Specialist at Clio - Legal Practice Management Software. Ricky then joined 7Geese as a Customer Success Manager from 2016 to 2017 before transitioning to Beanworks Solutions Inc., where they served as a Customer Experience Team Lead from 2017 to 2018.
