Adrian Pangelinan

Adrian Pangelinan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adrian is currently working as a Project Manager at Lilac Solutions, Inc., where they focus on securing the lithium supply chain for global electrification efforts. In this role, they manage projects, including their scope, budget, and schedule, and collaborates with an engineering team.

Prior to this, Adrian worked at Shell, starting in 2015. During their time at Shell, they held the position of Project Manager, responsible for the cost, schedule, and execution of brownfield capital projects. Adrian managed 10-15 projects simultaneously, with a total portfolio size of $50 million. Adrian led multidisciplinary teams in various project phases, including Front-End Development, Design, Engineering, and Execution.

Before joining Shell, Adrian worked at The Lubrizol Corporation as an Operations Support Co-op from 2012 to 2014.

Additionally, Adrian held the role of Projects HSSE Engineer at Shell, where they provided support in personal and process safety for major projects and technology group. Adrian organized and participated in safety studies, ensured HSSE considerations were integrated into the design, collaborated with process safety experts, and conducted audits of jobsites and contractors to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Adrian Pangelinan completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2010 and 2015. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2021, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Oregon State University.
