Catherine O'Keefe began their work experience in 2012 as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at PREIT, where they worked until December 2014. Catherine then joined Nordstrom in 2011 as an Assistant Manager and later held roles as a Retail Manager, Styling Sales Manager, and Personal Stylist. In 2017, Catherine joined CartStack as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked until October 2021. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Lily AI, starting in October 2021.
Catherine O'Keefe completed their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology at The College of New Jersey from 2007 to 2011. In September 2022, they obtained the Totango Creator: Success Leader certification from Totango.
