Opeyemi Oyinlola Adeyemi, MBA HR, ACIPM has over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus on Human Resources management and training activities. They have served as a Human Resources Executive at the Lagos State Health Service Commission since 2015, where their responsibilities include identifying training and development needs, managing induction programs, and developing learning and development plans. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Partner Executive at Nekego Resources Limited, where they were responsible for training coordination and business development. Currently, Opeyemi holds the position of Global Lead People and Culture at Lily Hospitals, where they provide advisory support and tailor human capital solutions to executives. Their professional expertise includes organizational design, change management, HR strategy, culture transformation, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and organizational leadership.
Opeyemi Oyinlola Adeyemi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Lagos, which was obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) degree in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management from 2012 to 2014. Opeyemi Oyinlola also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, earned between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Senior School Leaving Certificate (SSCE) in Business/Commerce, General from Queens College Yaba from 2001 to 2007.
