Pam Tia

Pam Tia is currently a Product Designer at Limbix. Prior to that, they worked at the Pacific Gas and Electric Company from December 2019 to July 2021 as a Product Designer.

Pam has always been interested in design and how it can be used to improve people's lives. Pam believes that good design is about more than just aesthetics; it's about creating products that are user-friendly and make people's lives easier.

Pam's work on the Digital Catalyst team at PG&E focused on designing internal products for the company's field workforce. Pam's goal was to improve employees' safety standards and make it easier for them to deliver reliable and clean energy to customers.

Pam is a strong advocate for user-centered design and conducted numerous research interviews and user tests to ensure that the products they designed met the needs of PG&E's customers and employees. Pam also worked closely with the product manager to develop the product roadmap and ensure that all business initiatives were aligned with the company's goals.

Pam is a talented designer with a passion for creating products that improve people's lives. Pam is a strong communicator and an effective problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve their skills.
