David Spirko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David began their career as a Retail Store Manager at Gregory Filo Jewelry Design, where they played a key role in the creation and development of the store. David then worked as an Insurance Sales Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company, where they focused on providing death benefit insurance to Union workers.
In 1995, David transitioned into the technology industry, starting as a Sales Associate at Internet Access Group/Verio. Here, they were responsible for phone sales and connecting organizations to the Internet. David then joined Main Sequence Technology as a Sr. Software Consultant, showcasing CRM and ATS functionality to businesses in need of recruitment and HR software solutions.
David continued their career in business development, serving as a Business Development Executive at Securance Consulting. David specialized in IT governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security consulting services. Following this, they became the Director of Training and Development at Hampton Search Group, where they focused on building and training top recruiting and human capital managers in the General Construction industry.
