Justin Brown

Justin Brown started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Hewitt Associates in 2002. Justin then worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Watson until 2010. At Activision, they held various roles including Senior Manager, Director of Executive Compensation, Senior Director of Compensation, and Vice President of Compensation. Justin then joined Rivian as the VP of Total Rewards and worked there until 2022. In 2022, they started working at Fatherhood as a saDADical. Currently, Justin Brown is the Head of Total Rewards at Lime, starting in February 2023.

Justin Brown attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
