Pavol Dzurjanin

Pavol Dzurjanin has a strong background in operations and management across various companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Assistant of the commercial advisor for Slovak Republic at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Pavol then transitioned to roles at EuroCoc, where they served as a CRM Specialist from 2009 to 2010 and later as a Sales Representative from 2011 to 2011. In 2012, Pavol worked as a Business Project Consultant at Nokia before joining Unibail-Rodamco as a Sales Analyst in 2014. Pavol also participated in the company's European Graduate Program as an Analyst from 2013 to 2014.

Pavol's career then took him to Uber, where they held multiple positions. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Operations Coordinator in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and later became an Operations Manager in the same region. In 2018, they became the Country Manager for Central & Eastern Europe and then transitioned to become a Sr. Project Manager in 2020. Pavol also served as the Head of Sales Operations for Uber Eats from March to July 2020.

In 2020, Pavol joined Amazon as the Head of Operations and Site Leader for World Wide Amazon Advertising. Pavol worked in this role until March 2021 when they joined Bolt as the Regional General Manager for Rentals in Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, they managed teams across multiple countries, doubled the operations team in a year, and significantly grew the region's bookings within two years. Pavol was also responsible for the long-term vision and implementation of the region, as well as driving key cross-functional initiatives.

Currently, Pavol is working as the Director of Global Operations at Lime, starting in October 2022.

Pavol Dzurjanin has a comprehensive education history with a focus on international management and strategic management. Pavol obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Managment from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the same institution.
