Shirley Fang

Shirley Fang has a diverse range of work experience. Shirley is currently a Senior Compensation Analyst at Lime, where they enhance and maintains global compensation programs and leads compensation benchmarking projects. Prior to that, Shirley worked at Google, where they held various roles including Sales Intelligence Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Account Strategist. In these roles, they drove revenue growth, managed compensation programs, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Shirley also has experience working at Agency Within as an Account Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist, where they managed PPC programs and executed customer acquisition and retention strategies. Additionally, they have interned at Seagate Technology as a Data Analytics Intern, where they performed analyses and identified areas for improvement, and at the Diabetes Hands Foundation as a Data Analyst Intern, where they conducted qualitative coding and phone interviews. Shirley's early experience includes working as an Undergraduate Intern and Research Assistant at Dartmouth College, where they supported students with disabilities, redesigned websites, and conducted research experiments.

Shirley Fang pursued their education at Dartmouth College from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors in Quantitative Social Sciences. Additionally, they minored in French during their time at Dartmouth. Prior to their college education, Shirley attended Lynbrook High School from 2009 to 2013 and graduated with the title of Valedictorian.
