Zacaria Abrache

Zacaria Abrache has extensive work experience in operations management and supply chain consulting. Zacaria has held various roles in different companies, starting with Lime in 2018, where they began as an Operations Manager for Chile. During their time there, Zacaria implemented efficient processes, resulting in a 100% on-time delivery rate, increased revenue, and decreased operational costs. Zacaria also refined inventory management processes and led local transformation projects, generating significant cost savings.

After Lime, Zacaria worked at Deloitte as a Supply Chain Consultant for Chile and Canada. In this role, they identified opportunities for process improvements and implemented Deloitte's maintenance methodology, leading to increased efficiency and cost savings.

Prior to that, Zacaria worked at Sitrans Ltda. as a Process Engineer for GNFR. Zacaria managed the Goods Not For Resale budget and led a fleet renewal project, resulting in decreased costs and improved infrastructure.

Zacaria's most recent role was as a Senior Operations Excellence Manager at Lime, where they redefined and implemented the Operations Excellence Program for warehouses. Zacaria successfully launched the program in multiple global markets, resulting in improved productivity, reduced downtime, and increased service quality.

Throughout their career, Zacaria has consistently demonstrated their ability to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and achieve cost savings.

Zacaria Abrache obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their degree, Zacaria has obtained several certifications. Zacaria completed the Supply Chain Manager Program at IEEC Escuela de Negocios, Supply Chain y Logística in December 2020. Zacaria also completed the Modeling with SQL certification from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in June 2019. Furthermore, Zacaria has completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification offered by The Knowledge Academy in December 2022. Zacaria also has additional certifications in Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), Microsoft Excel Macros and Visual Basic Programming (VBA), Sales Management: Use of Neuro-linguistic Programming and other Tools for Sale, and Tableau Visualization from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Skillsoft, respectively.
