Thet Wai

Thet Wai is currently working at Lin-Zhi International, Inc. as the Manager of Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) Immunoassay Development and Research and Development Project Manager. Thet oversees a team of R&D scientists, pioneers new R&D initiatives, hosts project meetings, drafts scientific reports for FDA validation, and manages project timelines and deliverables. Thet also previously worked at Brown University and UCLA as a Research Assistant, focusing on tissue culture models and high-throughput screening for tumor cell lines. Thet holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.
