Crystal Villalpando

Crystal Villalpando is an Associate Project Manager at Linc Housing since June 2023, where responsibilities include assisting with construction loan closings for three Project HomeKey developments totaling 266 units and preparing funding applications for affordable housing projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Land Use Consultant at Craig Lawson & Co., LLC, where Crystal researched and interpreted legislation and prepared land use analysis reports.
