Corporate Director Of Food And Beverage at McKibbon Hospitality

Chad Crete has held various roles throughout their career. Chad began in 2007 as a Restaurant Manager and Wine Manager at China Grill Management. In 2009, they became the Culinary Director and Managing Partner at Castellucci Hospitality Group, where they helped create the menu and ensure consistency across multiple locations. From 2014 to 2016, Chad served as a Principal at Innovative Restaurant Consulting, providing operational and culinary consulting services to restaurant groups. In 2016, they joined Whiskey Bird as the Director of Operations and Executive Chef, overseeing menu development, budgeting, and driving sales growth. Currently, Chad is set to start a new position as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at McKibbon Hospitality in 2023.

Chad Crete attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. In 2008, they received their Level I Introductory certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Additionally, during their time at Cornell University, they obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
