Ryan Harmon

Ryan Harmon has extensive experience in pastoral leadership, currently serving as the Directional Pastor and Pastor of Global Outreach at Lincoln Berean Church since 2015. In this role, Ryan developed the church's missionary sending paradigm and provided pastoral care for over thirty deployed missionaries, focusing on church-planting efforts in South Asia. Prior to this position, from 2011 to 2015, Ryan was a Church Planter with Avant Ministries, equipping a team for cross-cultural ministry and engaging with post-Christian environments. Earlier roles at Lincoln Berean Church included serving as the Pastor of Young Adults from 2008 to 2011, where Ryan initiated a ministry for young adults and supported lay leadership in nurturing a community of over five hundred. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wheaton College.
