Isabel Sinistore has a diverse range of work experience in communications, marketing, and arts organizations. Isabel began their career as an Education Intern at The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center in 2001. Isabel then took on various roles, including Operations and Education Intern at the 42nd Street Development Corporation and Intern at the Peggy Gugenheim Collection. In 2004, they worked as a Production/Music Intern at Sesame Workshop. In 2005, they served as a House Manager at Playwrights Horizons and as a Sales/Marketing Assistant at Spirits Marque One, marketer of Svedka Vodka. Isabel joined the MCC Theater in 2007 as a Marketing Associate. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Resnicow and Associates, starting as an Assistant Account Executive and working their way up to Senior Account Supervisor. Isabel'sresponsibilities there included developing and executing communications campaigns for various arts organizations and providing strategic planning counsel. In 2017, they joined the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts as the Director of Communications, and later became the Senior Director of Communications in 2019.

Isabel Sinistore attended Marymount Manhattan College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts with a concentration in directing.
