Damien Matias

Damien Matias has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Damien began their career in 2005 as a Helpdesk Administrator for Deceuninck North America, LLC. Damien then moved on to two roles as a Desktop Support Specialist for Ark Asset Management and iX Partners in 2007. In 2009, they joined Tahas Technologies as a Systems Engineer, where they served as a technical consultant for clients of various platforms such as financial firms, law firms, non-profit organizations, and retail stores. Damien was responsible for small/medium business clients' Microsoft Windows network infrastructure, including proactive management/support of customers' site connectivity, network equipment, servers and workstations, Active Directory domains, Microsoft Exchange mail routing, group policies, replication, backups and monitoring across the tri-state area. In 2018, they joined Versiant Corporation as a System Engineer. Damien currently holds the role of Senior System Engineer at LincolnIT.

Damien Matias received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2005. Damien also obtained a Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator certification in April 2011.
