Alice Palmer

Vice President, Chief Counsel For Retirement Plan Services at Lincoln Financial Group

Alice Palmer, JD, CEBS, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Retirement Plan Services at Lincoln Financial Group, where expertise in ERISA and Adviser's Act counsel enhances business partner competitiveness through risk-mitigating legal solutions. In addition to this role, Alice Palmer is a member of the DOL ERISA Advisory Council, appointed to assist with Department of Labor rule-making efforts. Previously, Alice Palmer held various legal positions at Nationwide Financial, including Managing Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, focusing on supporting retirement plans. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor of Professional Responsibility at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
