Gerard Pappa has worked in various roles in the field of management consulting. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Principal Consultant for Linea Solutions, Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Principal Consultant for Dynamic Resolutions Group, a management consulting firm that specializes in process improvement. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Senior Director of PMO and PI at The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Corporate Director at Catholic Healthcare Partners, where they were a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and deployed the methodology throughout the 24-hospital system. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Cardiology PM at GE Healthcare. From 1997 to 2004, they were a Black Belt at Siemens and Siemens Business Services, where they were also a Black Belt/PM.
Gerard Pappa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati between 1986 and 1991. Gerard then went on to receive their Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 1991 and 1995. Gerard also holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
