Irene Nedelitsky, ACC

Irene Nedelitsky, ACC, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2017, Irene worked at Own Your Excellence as an Accredited Coach, where they created and implemented coaching programs to improve performance and transform organizations. Irene also served as a Mindset and Leadership Coach, helping clients achieve professional and personal goals, while creating digital content for online platforms.

In addition to their coaching roles, Irene also worked as a Corporate Trainer, Project Manager/Consultant, and Business Development Manager at Own Your Excellence, gaining experience in various areas of business and leadership.

Irene's experience also includes working as a Clinical Study Coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry, where they conducted pharmacological studies, wrote reports, and contributed to revenue growth.

More recently, Irene has held coaching positions at Lingo Live, Skillsoft, and BetterUp, where they have been involved in leadership coaching and executive coaching.

Furthermore, Irene has gained certification as a Precision Certified Coach from MindGym and has worked as a self-employed Business English Trainer.

Irene Nedelitsky, ACC, completed their education from 2012 to 2017 at the Department for Natural Sciences, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Molecular Biology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Irene has obtained several certifications in coaching. Irene became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation in November 2022. Irene also received a certification as a Flow Certified Coach from the FLOW Coaching Institute in March 2022. Additionally, Irene is a Registered Coach Member with the International Coaching Federation, although the exact date of obtaining this membership is unknown.
