Additionally, they have served as a Mental Fitness Coach for Positive Intelligence and as an Executive Coach for Exec, both starting in 2023. Neil R. has also worked as a Leadership, Life, & Mental Fitness Coach for Spring Health and as a Leadership Coach, Certified Guide for GiANT Worldwide, beginning in 2023. Neil has experience as a Leadership Coach for Lingo Live and as a Coach for Activate 180, both starting in 2023. Neil R. has also worked as a Consultant, Executive Coach, and Mental Fitness Coach for Rebuilding Thoughts, an Executive Coach & Group Facilitator for NxtWaves, and as the Executive Director of Thrive Residency, a leadership development program for NextGen leaders in the non-profit sector starting in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold various certifications including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Leadership Coach certification from GiANT Worldwide, and they are expected to obtain a Certified Mental Fitness Coach certification from Positive Intelligence in December 2023.
