Anabell Fabian

Anabell Fabian has a diverse range of work experience in talent development and management. Anabell is currently working as a Sr. Manager of Talent Development at Link Logistics Real Estate since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Talent Management at Kemper Corporate Services from June 2013 to April 2022.

Earlier in their career, Anabell worked as an HR and Training & Development Consultant at Equator, LLC from February 2009 to June 2013. Anabell also worked as a self-employed consultant, providing management development, facilitation, instructional design, and HR services to various clients, including Raytheon, LoanDepot/O2Funding, and Equator, LLC. Anabell's earliest work experience was as the Managing Director and Regional Leadership Development Trainer at AMC Theatres from November 1988 to July 1998. In addition to managing the business with revenues of over $6 million annually and supervising a team of 14 managers and up to 120 employees, they delivered leadership training workshops for Southern California managers on a monthly basis.
