Tanya Bhatia, M.A. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent management, training and development, and organizational recruitment.

Tanya'smost recent position was as a Talent Management Specialist at Link Logistics, where they collaborated with Talent Development Leadership to deliver and execute training programs, developed employees using technology platforms, and analyzed and reported on data related to performance and learning initiatives.

Prior to that, Tanya worked as a Talent Development Specialist at Innovation Group, where they served as the management's point of contact and guide for organizational recruitment and talent strategy. Tanya also managed organization-wide training programs and initiatives and established best practices for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

Before that, Tanya worked as a Training and Development Specialist at DX Learning, where they were responsible for designing and delivering training programs.

Tanya Bhatia, M.A., holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and another Bachelor's degree in Communication in Mass Media from the University of Illinois Springfield. Additionally, Tanya pursued Communication and Media Studies at IHECS. Tanya completed their high school education at Lisle Senior High. Tanya has also obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI in January 2022 and the Mental Health First Aid certification from the Naomi Ruth Cohen Institute in December 2019.
