Matthew McCarthy

Matthew McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career in 2012 as a Summer Analyst in Private Wealth Management at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. In 2013, they worked as a Debt Capital Markets Summer Analyst at Lazard.

From 2014 to 2018, Matthew worked at Gramercy Property Trust, initially as an Analyst in Investments and later as an Associate in Investments. Matthew then joined Link Logistics Real Estate in 2019 as a Senior Associate in Investments. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Investments and in 2022, they became the Director of Investments.

Matthew's expertise has also led him to be a Guest Speaker at prestigious institutions. In 2022, they were a Guest Speaker at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and in 2023, they were a Guest Speaker at the College of Charleston.

Matthew McCarthy attended St. David's School from 1996 to 2006, after which they went on to study at St. George's School from 2006 to 2010. Matthew then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Modern European History at the College of Charleston from 2010 to 2014.
