Camilo Rios, MSRED has extensive work experience in real estate development. Camilo currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Link Logistics Real Estate. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing development projects and managing various project team members.

Prior to their current position, Rios worked as a Development Director at Flagler Global Logistics where they were involved in the South Florida Logistics Center project. Camilo'sresponsibilities included managing and coordinating internal and external project team members across multiple disciplines, from the initial stages of the project to its completion.

Rios also worked at TERRANUM as a Development Manager and New Business Development Manager. In this role, they identified potential development sites, negotiated land acquisition deals, and established lease agreements with end-user clients for build-to-suit projects. Camilo also built strong relationships with brokers.

Earlier in their career, Rios was the Owner and Development Director at Construrbano. Camilo led the site identification and assembly process, conducted market analysis, and obtained necessary documentation. Camilo also conducted feasibility analyses for various projects.

Additionally, Rios served as a Development Manager at Intrepid Real Estate Company, where they managed residential projects. Camilo coordinated various team members and oversaw the development process from start to finish.

Camilo Rios, MSRED, has a strong educational background in real estate development and architecture. Camilo completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, spanning from 1993 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Camilo Rios has also attained an important certification in their field. Camilo is a Licensed Real Estate Associate in the state of Florida, and this certification was obtained from the Florida Association of Realtors in 2013.
