Saleem Nawaz

Saleem Nawaz is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Link Restaurant Group since September 2018, Saleem oversees guest data management and relationship management while promoting brand recognition through social media and public relations. Previously, Saleem held the position of General Manager at Emeril's Delmonico Restaurant & Bar from June 2005 to February 2018, where efforts were concentrated on restoring the restaurant's reputation post-Hurricane Katrina. Early career roles included Private Events Coordinator/Assistant General Manager and Maitre d/Reservations Manager at Emeril's establishments, along with experience as a valet attendant. Saleem holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Cyprus and an Associate's degree from Americanos College in Nicosia, Cyprus. Additionally, business administration credentials were obtained from Pak Aims in Lahore, Pakistan.
