Rob Peterschmidt

Rob Peterschmidt has extensive experience in supply chain management and production scheduling, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Supply Planning at Jack Link's Protein Snacks since January 2015, overseeing manufacturing scheduling for the entire product portfolio. Prior to this role, Rob worked at ConAgra Foods from July 2009 to December 2014 in various capacities, including Master Planner and Process Improvement Supervisor, focusing on long-term scheduling and continuous improvement for multiple brands. Early experience includes a co-op position at General Electric in a project engineering role. Rob holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Swansea University.
