Kate Richardson-Moore

Kate Richardson-Moore is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in diversity and talent management. Currently serving as Director of Diversity & Talent at Linklaters since September 2010, Kate is a member of the Partnership Board and co-chairs the global People Committee while chairing the Race Action Steering Committee. Previously, Kate held key roles at Linklaters, including Global Head of Talent, Diversity and Engagement, and Global Head of HR for Business Services. Prior to Linklaters, Kate worked at GE Healthcare as an HR Business Partner and held positions at State Street and NatWest, where foundational HR skills were developed. Kate holds a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Glasgow.
