Gavril Bilev

Gavril Bilev is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in natural language processing and machine learning. At LinkSquares, Gavril has progressed through the ranks from Data Scientist to Staff Data Scientist, focusing on information extraction, sequence labeling, and deep learning methodologies. Prior to this role, Gavril was a Fellow at Insight Data Science, where a product was developed to aid clients with complaints to the Financial Consumer Protection Bureau, addressing classification model challenges and deploying a web application using Flask and AWS. Gavril also served as an Associate Professor at Merrimack College, achieving tenure and promotion in 2018. Gavril holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from Brown University.
