Pat Woods

Pat Woods has a diverse work experience starting with being a Teacher at the School District of Philadelphia from September 2009 to November 2014. Pat then worked as a Self-Employed individual at Pat Woods Printing from November 2014 to January 2015. After that, Pat joined Taylor & Francis Group as an Electronic Production Assistant from January 2015 to December 2016, and later as a Production Systems Analyst from December 2016 to April 2017. Pat then worked at PromptWorks as a Communications Specialist from May 2017 to December 2017 and as an Office & Community Manager from December 2017 to July 2018. Following that, Pat joined Linode as a Junior Customer Support Specialist from August 2018 to November 2018, and as a Customer Support Specialist since November 2018. Currently, Pat is working at Akamai Technologies as a Customer Support Specialist since March 2022, offering front-line support, specializing in the Backup Service, and providing assistance to customers through various channels.

Pat Woods earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Art Education from Temple University, completing the program from 2000 to 2005. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Pat pursued a Certificate in Web Design from Moore College of Art and Design, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
