Product Specialist at Linqia

Shane Hennessy has worked in the tech industry since 2015. Shane began their career as an Operations Specialist and Curbside Associate at Curbside, which was later acquired by Rakuten. In this role, they trained and ramped up retail location staff on Curbside software, workflow, and troubleshooting. Shane also completed customer orders with accuracy and provided a seamless curbside pickup experience. In 2018, they moved to Rakuten Ready as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a QA team responsible for software and mobile testing, developed use cases, UI specifications, and user requirement documents for 15+ products, and partnered with product managers, engineering, customer success, and design for testing statuses and scope of testing new product releases. In 2021, they joined Linqia as a Product Specialist.

Shane Hennessy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University between 2009 and 2011. Shane has also obtained two additional certifications from Udemy in 2021, including The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021 (obtained in July) and Web Design for Begginers: Real World Coding in HTML & CSS (obtained in March).
