Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Linxup

April Donnell has worked in the customer service and customer experience fields since 2001. April began their career as Office Manager at The Attention Deficit Center & Affiliated Psychotherapists, where they lead an office staff of four part time employees and delegated responsibilities and assigned individual tasks and projects based on skill sets. April also created a computer database for new patients, entered insurance information, payments, and dates of service, and filed electronic and paper (HCFA 1500) claims. In 2005, they moved to The Counseling Center as a New Patient Coordinator/ Office Support Staff. From 2007 to 2009, April worked at GatewayEDI, where they held various roles such as Team Lead, New Accounts, New Accounts Representative, and Customer Service Representative II. In 2009, they joined TriZetto Provider Solutions, where they held roles such as Implementation Supervisor, Supervisor, Customer Service Contact Center, Group Lead, Customer Service, and Senior New Account Analyst. In 2019, April joined Agilis Systems as Manager of Customer Experience. April currently works at Linxup as Senior Manager of Customer Experience, where they are responsible for leading and motivating the Customer Experience team to ensure the best customer service possible.

April Donnell obtained their High School Diploma from Kirkwood High School in 1999. April then attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2005. In 2013, April obtained a Certified Training Professional certification from AAIM Employers' Association.
