Angie Burris

Director of Customer Experience at Linxup

Angie Burris has worked in the customer service and customer experience field since 2008. Angie began their career at TriZetto Provider Solutions as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they led, trained, and developed a customer service team while keeping morale high and retaining all employees. Angie then moved into the role of Technical Analyst Supervisor, where they coached, mentored, and trained new Technical Analysts and interfaced with IT to determine workflow and ensure the prioritization of work items. In 2015, they joined Essence Healthcare as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed a team of 62 associates, including four supervisors, providing support to members and providers through responding to inbound and outbound calls for three clients. In 2018, they joined Linxup as the Director of Customer Experience, and later became the Senior Manager of Customer Experience.

Angie Burris is currently enrolled at Maryville University of Saint Louis.
