Sami Bolu is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hotel dining environments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Lionel Hotel since September 2016, Sami has held similar executive roles at Legacy Ottoman Hotel and Gorrion Hotel İstanbul. Prior to these positions, Sami worked as Executive Sous Chef at Renaissance Polat İstanbul Hotel, where placements started in various chef roles in the kitchen, including Sous Chef at BTA Yiyecek ve İçecek Hizmetleri A.Ş. and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Head Chef at Radisson Sas Hotel. With a career beginning in 1989 at Ramada Hotel Laleli, Sami demonstrates a deep commitment to culinary excellence and leadership across multiple prestigious establishments.
