Sandra Gutierrez

Sandra Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra currently works at Lions + Tigers as a Business Manager, where they oversee day-to-day operations, manages special projects, collaborates with staff and stakeholders, plans events, and provides leadership oversight. Prior to this, they worked at Consulting as a Project Manager, coordinating global conferences and managing content quality and deadlines. Sandra also worked as a Project Manager for Microsoft Hacking STEM on a contract basis. In addition, Sandra has experience as an Independent Meeting Event & Conference Planner, providing professional planning services to various clients. Earlier in their career, they served as the National Conference Director at The College Board, where they chaired annual conferences and led cross-functional teams in executing program designs. Sandra has also worked as a Case Worker at The Institute for Puerto Rican/Hispanic Elderly, a Latino Outreach Coordinator at George Washington University, and an AmeriCorps Member Program Coordinator.

Sandra Gutierrez has a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University. Sandra also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from the same institution. Prior to their higher education studies, Sandra attended Francis Lewis High School where they completed their high school education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sandra has obtained certifications as an OKR Expert Certified Coach and as a WorkBoard Expert from WorkBoard Inc. Sandra received these certifications in September 2020.
