Ian Rolley

Ian Rolley is an experienced metallurgist currently serving as Principal Metallurgist at Liontown Resources Limited since November 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Metallurgist. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Mineral Resources Limited as Senior Metallurgist in Project Development from July 2018 to November 2021. Ian's professional journey includes significant roles at Yara International as Production Engineer and Shift Superintendent, First Quantum Minerals LTD as Process Engineer, and Rio Tinto as Shift Process Coordinator and Graduate Process Engineer. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University, completed in 2009.
