Febianty Febianty is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy at PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, Febianty is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies for over 10,000 employees across multiple business units. Prior to this role, Febianty held the position of Head of Human Resources at PT Sumber Energi Pangan (Triputra Group), focusing on talent acquisition and development.
