John Baulcombe

John Baulcombe has extensive experience in the field of social care and support services, currently serving as Lead BIA at Liquid Personnel since January 2015. Prior to this role, John held the position of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Lead at Bolton Adult Services from February 2009 to January 2015. John began their career at Bolton Metropolitan Council, where from January 2000 to February 2009, responsibilities included serving as Team Manager for the Forensic Support Team.
