MacKenzie Donohue

Mackenzie Donohue began their work experience in 2014 as an Office Assistant at Goucher College, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Stark Office Suites as an Associate, transitioning later to the role of Executive Assistant until February 2021. In March 2021, they became a Recruiting Coordinator at Liquidnet. Currently, Mackenzie works at TP ICAP as a Recruiter & Intern Program Manager. Their responsibilities include executing full recruitment cycles for technology roles, developing and managing a comprehensive internship program, implementing diversity recruiting initiatives, and managing campus recruitment processes. Mackenzie is proficient in recruitment tools such as Workday, Handshake, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
