Michele Moskowitz

Michele Moskowitz has over 20 years of work experience in various HR and organizational development roles. Michele is currently the Group Head of Talent and Head of HR Americas at TP ICAP since April 2021. Before that, they worked at Liquidnet for over 12 years, holding positions such as Head of Performance and Organization Development and Head of Organization Development. At Liquidnet, they focused on improving work processes, providing strategic organizational development leadership, and managing global strategic initiatives. Prior to Liquidnet, they worked at Detica as a Senior Manager from 2004 to 2008. Michele also worked at Aon as an Associate and Project Manager from 2003 to 2004, and at JPMorgan Private Bank as an Associate and Project Manager/Business Analyst from 2000 to 2003.

Michele Moskowitz has a diverse education history. Michele obtained a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. In 2017, Moskowitz also received a Certificate in Principles and Practices of Organizational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Advanced Management Program from NYU Stern School of Business, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. Lastly, Moskowitz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2020 and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
