Michelle Almonte

Michelle Almonte has a diverse range of experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits, with a strong focus on global compensation management. Michelle is currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits, Americas at Liquidnet since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Global Compensation at Liquidnet from July 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Liquidnet, Michelle held positions at MediaMath, Evercore, S&P Global, and AHM (Advanced Health Media) in various roles related to compensation and human resources. These roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Global Compensation, Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Associate and Analyst, HR Associate, HR Intern, and HR Assistant. Michelle's work experience spans from 2008 to the present, demonstrating their expertise and dedication in the field.

Michelle Almonte attended the University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Sciences. Michelle then went on to pursue a Masters degree in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011. Alongside their formal education, Michelle also obtained additional certifications. In July 2011, they acquired a CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association and became a certified Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA. Most recently, in May 2022, Michelle obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Trainings.
