Alex Taylor has worked in a variety of roles over the past decade. In 2010, they began as an Assistant Manager at Krazy Karl's Pizza, where they managed customer service, planned and executed large orders, and independently reconciled all registers at closing. In 2012, they joined Customer Paradigm as a Lead Project Manager and Project Manager, managing over 200 projects and providing client training for the Magento, Wordpress, and Joomla platforms. Alex also handled minor development tasks. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Medical Consultants Network and a Customer Service/Sales Rep at Tundra Restaurant Supply. Finally, in 2017, they joined LiquidPlanner as a Sr. Solutions Engineer and Customer Success Specialist.

Alex Taylor obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from Colorado State University between 2006 and 2010. In 2020, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Data Visualization from the University of Washington.
