Dan Thompson

Dan Thompson, MS-HRM, SPHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Little City Foundation and has held significant roles in human resources at various organizations. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director at Fox Valley Fire & Safety, as well as Human Resources Director at Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority. Dan has also worked as Senior Organizational Development Manager at Petco and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at USAA. Dan earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and completed undergraduate studies at Liberty University.
