Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee is the Manager of Education and Community Relations at Little Island NYC. Rachel previously worked as the Assistant Manager of Recruitment and Training and Recruiter at the same company. Rachel is currently a Facilitator at Collective where Rachel leads virtual workshops on equity, inclusion, and belonging. Rachel also serves as a Guest Instructor at Molloy University, Pace University, and Rider University. Additionally, Rachel has experience as a Teaching Artist at various organizations and as an Afterschool Program Director at St. Joseph's School. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Film and Television from UCLA and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
