David Post

David Post has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Little Sprouts, LLC, where they provide organizational and fiduciary oversight. David also serves as a Board Director, advising on organizational development and identifying mergers and acquisition opportunities.

Prior to their current role, David worked as a Child Care Consultant at Babilou from August 2017 to January 2021. David also founded and served as President of DVP Advisors, Inc. from April 2012 to January 2021, specializing in assisting child care companies to grow and increase market share.

Before starting their own business, David held the position of Career Strategist at ExecuNet from May 2016 to January 2018. David also worked at Bright Horizons Family Solutions for over a decade, starting as Vice President of Global Client Services from September 2001 to January 2012. In this role, they were responsible for strategic business, organizational, and personnel development across multiple countries.

David's earlier career includes roles such as Director of Sales at Aramark Work/Life Partnerships from February 2000 to August 2001, Director of Sales at ChildrenFirst from August 1997 to January 2000, and Human Resources Director at Condé Nast Publications from December 1991 to March 1997.

David Post attended New York University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications.
