Job description

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Store Manager to help run our New Nashville location. The Assistant Store Manager will help the Store Manager model best practices for the team by sharing the LWP brand story, providing personalized recommendations and guiding each customer through their shopping experience in-store. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for LWP’s mission. Additionally, this Assistant Store Manager will either have a special focus on leading the store's visual merchandising and inventory processes OR leading the store's marketing - dependent on candidate experience. 

Qualifications

  • Retail Experience 
  • 2+ years' of retail experience
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing content
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Passion for learning, sharing LWP's core values, including positivity and kindness
