Nick Scobbo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nick currently works as the Executive Director of Littler CaseSmart Operations and has been with the company since 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Leader at Littler CaseSmart.

Before joining Littler, Nick founded their own consulting firm called Scobbo Consulting Group in 2013. As the Founder, they specialized in enterprise strategy development, human capital strategy and program design, enterprise operations and efficiency, and HR operating model design. Nick successfully developed the firm from start-up inception to a profitable enterprise. Notable projects included creating competency and accountability-based job descriptions for an AmLaw 100 client, developing talent management foundations for an elite East Coast University, and providing leadership consulting to the CEO of a recently sold tech start-up.

From 2013 to early 2013, Nick worked as the Director of Human Resources Consulting at Huron Consulting Group. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 2008 to 2012. Nick also worked as a Consultant at Mercer from 2006 to 2008.

Early in their career, Nick gained experience as an Equity Research Intern at Eze Castle Research, where they performed financial and strategic analysis of the communications semiconductor industry. Nick also worked as an HRIS Analyst and Compensation Analyst at Mitre, where they were involved in project management, HR metrics development, and HR-XML projects. Additionally, they interned at Bose.

Nick Scobbo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in HR and Marketing from Boston College in 1998. Nick then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electronics Commerce from Boston University, which they completed in 2004. In 2006, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
